This week we had the opportunity to check on an exciting new development at GR1T: the construction of our Second Generation Pioneer PRO!

The Pioneer PRO is designed as an off-road, all-electric motorcycle capable of operating in some of the most difficult environments. This version is being specifically developed for desert testing at Dubai and Abu Dhabi – one of the most difficult racing environments in the world.

Some of the improvements we have made over the first edition include:

• Cast aluminium alloy frame and swingarm with wider and stronger specifications, capable of hard riding in desert sand dunes, gravel and other difficult terrain.

• A reinforced Hacker motor with a 15kW peak and 11kW permanent output.

• A 2.1 kWh battery with updated specifications.

• Oehlins front and rear suspension systems.

• Pirelli Scorpion heavy motocross tyres.

The improvements have been made following test riding sessions with our brand ambassador and test pilot, Jan Brabec, who did a test ride of a previous version of the Pioneer PRO in March in Brno.

This summer and fall we will be extensively testing the Pioneer PRO 2nd Generation in Germany, France and the United Arab Emirates: stay tuned for further news and events
